Data isolation & security
Every customer is a separate tenant, isolated at the database layer. Every table, every row, every query is keyed to your tenant — there is no code path that reads across tenants.
- One guarded door for the AI. VEX can only reach your data through a single allow-listed query interface that enforces your tenant identity on every request. It cannot write, delete, or wander.
- Read-only by design. VexelX connects to your networks and platforms with read access. It never changes a setting, pauses a campaign, or moves a dollar — that stays with you.
- Explicit, audited sharing. Chats and dashboards are private per user. Sharing is a deliberate action, and every share is logged in an audit trail.
- Role-based access. Multi-user accounts with roles and invitations — analysts see what analysts need; admins control who's in the room.
Deterministic numbers
This is a security property, not just a quality one. The language model never computes, estimates or invents a metric. Every number is produced by deterministic queries against your warehouse, and the AI is constrained to explaining those pre-computed findings. If a number appears in a VexelX briefing, it exists in your data and can be traced back to it.
Privacy
- What we store. Aggregated business performance data — ad revenue, impressions, cohorts, retention. VexelX does not ingest end-user personal data; the warehouse operates on aggregated daily-grain metrics.
- No model training. Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- Residency and deletion. Your data is yours. Leave the pilot and we delete your tenant on request, fully.
- This website. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The walkthrough and register-interest forms are handled by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) and delivered straight to us; nothing is passed to a marketing tool.
Pilot-phase honesty
VexelX is in pilot. That means some enterprise certifications (for example SOC 2) are on the roadmap rather than on the wall. We'd rather tell you that plainly than imply otherwise — it's the same honesty rule the product itself is built on. Security review materials are available to pilot partners on request.
